As the name suggests, Be Kind To Yourself is an intense puzzle arcade game. It looks like a shmup but plays kinda like a falling block puzzle game at 120 beats per minute. Build and crash your combos to achieve mind-boggling scores!

Your mission is simple but hard: Send off hyperstones to the delta dimension. By carefully crafting groups of stones (either of the same type or multiple pairs of them) and keeping your combo alive, you can reach absurd scores and make your mom proud of you!

The Handbook of Work Safety contains only eternal wisdom: You’d better know that losing a life does not break your combo. At the same time, the handbook says, you gotta turn your combo in before going for the sweet relief of a game over. You don’t wanna see those juicy numbers go poof! Be cool and act accordingly.

Explore multipliers and bonuses, play on the beat, and look for the Space Owls and artifacts to be the best.

This game contains a lot of *pew pew* against abstract objects but should be appropriate for everyone.
This game uses either D-Pad + buttons or a combination of crank and buttons. The crank has adjustable dead zones. Players can change the screen orientation of the game (standard, rotated 90 degrees clockwise or counter-clockwise). The game removes the full-screen flash in 'Reduce Flashing' mode. This mode can be activated in Accessibility part of Playdate’s Settings.
